1/2 cup pecan pieces
3 tablespoons green onions thinly sliced
1/4 cup hot water
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 jar dried beef, cut in 3/4 inch pieces
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Spray bottom of saucepan with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Add pecans and onions; cook over medium heat 3-5 minutes or until pecans are toasted and onions are tender.

Add 1/4 cup hot water and cream cheese to saucepan; cook over medium-low heat until cheese is melted. Stir in dried beef and Italian seasonin; cook over medium high heat stirring constantly, until hot.

Spoon dip into bowl; sprinkle with additional green onion tops.

Serve with bread sticks, pita bread and assorted fresh vegetables for dipping
