1 rotisserie chicken
64 oz. chicken broth
2 large cans Hatch green chili/enchilada sauce
1 can Rotel tomatoes & green chilies
1 pkg frozen buttery corn
1 small can sliced black olives
2 avocados, cubed
Sour cream
Four-cheese blend, grated
Cotija cheese, grated
Corn tortillas
Johnny's Seasoning Salt

Shred meat from rotisserie chicken into large stock pot. Add chicken broth, green chili sauce, Rotel, and frozen corn. Simmer. Serve diced avocado, cheeses, black olives, and tomato in separate bowls so people can add what they want into their bowl of soup.

To make tortilla chips: Heat oil in skillet. Cut corn tortillas into fourths. Fry in oil and sprinkle with Johnny's. Serve with soup.
