1 c. mayo
16 oz Philly cream cheese softened (that is 2 blocks)
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 green onions chopped
12 Ritz crackers crushed
GLAZE....
8 to 10 oz apricots preserves
8 to 10 oz pepper jelly (Tobasco preferred)
Real Bacon Bits (Hormel or Oscar Meyer)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients and spread into greased baking dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Remove from oven and top with "Glaze" and sprinkle bacon bits on top. Cook dish for 5 more min. Serve with crackers and eat ya heart out!!!
