1 1/2 lb pork steak (cubed)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 can (16 oz) sauerkraut, undrained
8 oz noodles cooked and drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (4 oz) mushrooms, drained
Salt and Pepper

Brown meat. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon into greased 2 qt casserole. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
