3/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp water
2 cups chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 boxes Andes Mints candies

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt the margarine; add chocolate chips and stir until partially melted. Remove from heat and stir until completely melted. Add brown sugar and water and cool slightly. Using a mixer, beat in eggs, one egg at a time on high speed. Add dry ingredients until blended. Chill dough. Roll 1/2 teaspoon dough into a ball; bake for 8-10 minutes. Top with 1/2 piece of mint candy. Let it melt a minute, then swirl candy.
