Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4-5 boneless chicken breasts
3 chicken bouillon cubes
6 oz. sour cream (you can subsitute light)
3 cans of Campbell's cream of chicken
2 pkgs. of Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven at 350.

Bring water & chicken bouillon cubes to a boil and insert the chicken breasts. (If chicken is frozen~ increase cooking time) When chicken is floating (usually only takes 10-15 minutes) it's done! Let the water cool and afterwards chop the chicken up into bite size. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken and sour cream and add about a tbsp. of salt and tbsp. of pepper to the mix. Add the chicken in and mix well.

I always spray the 13x9 pan with Pam so that the casserole doesn't stick. Then you add in the mix and cover the casserole with aluminum foil.

Cook for 30-45 minutes or until the the casserole is bubbling.

Before you take the casserole out, crush the Ritz crackers into smaller pieces. Once the casserole is done, add the smushed crackers on top! And it's ready to serve.
