Flour
Salt, pepper, lawrys, or preferred seasoning
Shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up duck breasts into small pieces (approx 1"
sq.) Place enough flour and seasonings in quart
storage bag to cover the pieces when rolled inside
the bag. Fry in a fry pan for about 10 minutes, turning from time to time.
