1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Beat together all ingredients until creamy. Will ice 13X9 cake or 2 dozen cupcakes.

My mom (Pat Howell) always spread this on an angel food cake. It was the only "birthday cake" any of us ever knew as kids.
