1/2 c. sugar
2 T. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg white
3 c. pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cinnamon & salt in small bowl. Beat the egg white in a bowl until foamy. Add the pecans and mix to coat evenly. Add the sugar mixture and mix well. Spread in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Bake 300 for 30 min. stirring every 7-10 min. Cool and store in an airtight container.
