1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges
2 small pks. orange gelatin (sugar-free)
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 small pkg. plain gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
Drain oranges, reserving juice. Add enough water to juice to measure 1 cup. Refrigerate oranges. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in reserved juice, add sherbet, stirring until dissolved. Fold oranges into gelatin mixture. Cover, refrigerate overnight. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices & a few mandarin oranges.
