1 graham cracker crust
2 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon almont extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can pie filling (your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 300.

In bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, almond extract and vanila; beat until smooth. Add eggs; stir in sour cream. Pour into crust.

Bake at 300 for 45-55 minutes or until center is set. Cool.

To serve, cut cheesecake into wedges; top each serving with pie filling.
