2 block of Butter
2 cups sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 c Veg oil
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 Bananas mashed
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 block of softened butter, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla, eggs in one bowl then mix all dry ingredients in another bowl. (Flour, salt, baking soda) then mash bananas (best if bananas are very ripe) add mashed bananas to dry mix then add wet mixture to the dry mix then add nuts, mix well. Spray loaf pan with cooking spay and add mixture to loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to one hour.
After bread is baked melt 1 block of butter over top of bread.
