1 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1/2 stick margarine
6 slices pineapple
1 c. flour
5 T. pineapple juice
1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar and egg yolks, blend in juice and flour. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Melt butter and brown sugar. Pour in bottom of 8" square dish. Place pineapple slices in pan. Pour batter over this. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8
