2 TBSP olive oil
1 med onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can stewed tomatoes
1tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 TBSP butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in med saucepan; saute onions and garlic until golden brown. Add tomatoes, basil and oregano. Cover and simmer for 20 min; stirring occasionally. Brush chicken with butter and place in a lightly oiled baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20-30 min (till cooked through). Serve with sauce. (Can serve with noodles)
