Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 11-oz. can mandarin oranges
1/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs

Icing:
1 carton Cool Whip
1 large can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mash oranges, but do not drain. Mix all the cake ingredients and bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes. Make three layers. Ice with the Cool Whip and pineapple. Chill well before serving.
