1 lb ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 pkg small shell noodles
8oz cream cheese
1 lb sour cream
dash basil
dash oregano
dash parsley
Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain, then add spaghetti sauce and diced tomatoes and let simmer. Cook pkg of noodles; drain. While still hot, add cream cheese and sour cream till cream cheese is melted. Sprinkle in oregano, basil, parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Spread in a 9X13 pan. Cover with meat sauce, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min.
