2 cups cooked rice
2 cups boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
1 tablespoon oil
1 1/3 cups French Fried Onions, divided
1 jar chicken gravy
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, cook chicken in oil until browned.

Preheat oven to 400.

Grease 2 quart oblong baking dish. Press rice into bottom of pan.

Combine chicken, 2/3 cup french fried onions, gravy and teriyaki sauce in bowl. Pour over rice. Cover; bake 30 minutes. Top with remaining 2/3 cup french fried onions. Bake 1 minute more.
