5 T. cold water
1-1/2 T. light corn syrup

1/8 t. salt
2 c. Kraft mini-marshmallows

Directions:
In the top of a double boiler combine egg whites, sugar, corn syrup and salt. Add the cold water and beat on low speed of electric mixer until blended (about 30 seconds). Place over boiling water; beat on high speed about 7 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Remove from heat. Add vanilla; beat two more minutes or until thick enough to spread. At the very end, fold in the marshmallows. The icing looks lovely if the marshmallows are a little bit bumpy.
