10-12 Eggs
1 large onion (or chopped frozen package)
6 slices lunch meat (bologna or 3 hot dogs)
3 heaping tablespoons Sour Cream
1/2 package crumbled cheddar cheese
crumbled blue cheese(suit to taste)
flavor with Lowery Salt(or your favorite seasoning)
2 T. chunky blue cheese salad dressing
1 tomato (optional)
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce.

Directions:

Put all ingredients in blender and blend thoroughly.

Butter a appropriate size Pyrex dish, pour blended ingredients into dish or pan. Layer poured ingredients with slices of American cheese, then layer with crumbled potato chips (or bread crumbs). Cut bacon strips in half and layer bacon strips over the potato chips.Sprinkle with Salad Supreme. Bake in oven for 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until bacon appears done. Cut and serve. This is a great breakfast dish when serving a number of people.

This solves making different eggs or different breakfasts for a number of people who may not all get up at the same time to eat.The bacon takes on a great flavor from baking over the eggs. Leftovers are delicious when just heated up in the microwave.
