2 lbs red potatoes, unpeeled, quartered
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2-3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 20 minutes or until tender; drain.

Mash potatoes. Add milk, mayonnaise, garlic and salt and pepper to taste; beat until fluffy.
