1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick oleo
1 8-oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix: cake mix, chopped nuts, 1 egg, 1 stick melted oleo. With damp hands pat into baking pan (9x12). Mix: 1 box powdered sugar, 2 eggs and cream cheese. Pour on top of crust & bake 55 minutes at 325.
