8 oz. sour cream
8 oz softened cream cheese
4 oz. well drained chopped green chilies
1 cup grated or shredded Cheddar cheese
Season to taste with salt
4 oz chopped black olives drained (opt)
5 10 inch flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients together. Spread on tortilla. Roll each one up and wrap in plastic wrap. Store in the refrigerator over night. Cut in 1/2 to 3/4 inch slices. Garnish with salsa and parsley.

I've made these for school potlucks as well as family get togethers. They are great. I don't use the black olives only because I don't like them.
