2 1/2 to 3 lb. beef roast
1 small bottle ketchup
1 bottle of very chunky chile sauce (or home made)
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper or to taste (2 shakes)
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 shakes chile powder
1 stalk celery (finely chopped)
1 1/2 cup onions (finely chopped)
1 1/2 cup chopped green pepper (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer roast till tender in water that just covers the meat. When finished, pull meat apart and return the meat to 4 cups of the broth. Mix the rest of the ingredients together with the meat and cook until desired consistency. I like more liquid in mine.
