1 8-1/2 oz. box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 10-oz. box frozen chopped broccoli
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. grated cheese (NY sharp Cheddar is good)
1 lg onion, chopped
1 stick margarine, melted
3/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, adding corn muffin mix last. Grease muffin tins; fill half full. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes. Will make 18.
