1-3/4 c. self-rising flour
3 eggs, separated
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 t. sugar
1-1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Measure flour and sugar. Combine milk and egg yolks. Stir into dry ingredients. Add cooking oil. Carefully fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Do not over mix. Bake in waffle iron until lightly browned.
