1 stick softened margarine
1 8-oz. carton sour cream
2 c. Bisquick baking mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the preceding. Stir or slowly beat until moistened. The dough will be stiff and not very moist. Drop by tablespoons into greased muffin tins. Bake in preheated 400 oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 12 regular sized muffins plus 9 small muffins. They can be kept in plastic bag in the refrigerator for several days and reheated.
