4 Chicken Breast grilled and seasoned or
3 5oz cans chicken chunks
1 C chopped celery

Dressing
3/4 C Mayonnaise
1/4 C Miracle Whip
1/2 C Cool Whip
1/8 tsp Frenchs Prepared Mustard

3/4 C seedless Green Grapes halved
1 lg can Mandarin Oranges
1 lg can Chunk Pineapple
1 pkg slivered Almonds browned
1/2 C Cashews

Directions:

Mix dressing and add chicken and celery. Let stand overnight. The fruit needs to drain for at least 6 hrs. The next day, combine all ingredients together and enjoy! Serve with crackers or rolls.

This recipe was given to me by Joan Shrum, who is a dear family friend. It is great for luncheons or meetings. I drain my fruit in a colander and bowl overnight in refrigerator.
