1 TBSP vinegar
1/2 C evaporated milk
1/4 C butter
1 egg
3/4 C brown sugar
1&1/4 C whole ground wheat
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 C chopped walnuts OR 1/4 C flour

FROSTING:
1/8 C butter
1&1/2 C powdered sugar
2-3 TBSP water
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

COOKIES:
Cream together milk, sugar, butter, egg and vinegar. Add dry ingredients. Drop by onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375║for 10 min. Cool, then frost.

FROSTING:
Melt butter on low till brown and no longer bubbly; take off heat. Gradually add sugar, water and vanilla.
