3&1/2 C flour
3 C sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1&1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 C canned pumpkin
1 C oil (or applesauce for low-fat version)
2 eggs
2/3 C water
1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 C milk chocolate chips

Directions:

Combine dry ingredients in med size bowl. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, water, oil and eggs. Gradually stir in dry ingredients. When mixed, add chocolate chips and pour into greased mini loaf pans (about 6). Bake at 340 for 60 min.
