Dry Ingredients:
3 C. flour
1 T. and 1 tsp. baking powder
1 and 1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Wet Ingredients:
16 oz. can of pumpkin
1/2 C. oil
2 beaten eggs
1 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sized bowl mix all dry ingredients together.

In a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients together.

Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. Mix dry and wet ingredients together just until no dry particles remain and fill muffin tins halfway.

Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes
