RHUBARB FILLING:
4 C rhubarb
3/4-1 C sugar
1 TBSP water
2 TBSP cornstarch

CAKE TOPPER:
1 C flour
1/2 C sugar
1&1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C milk
1/4 C soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
RHUBARB FILLING:
Put in med saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for 1 min, stirring constantly. Pour into an 8" round baking dish.

CAKE TOPPER:
Mix well with electric mixer. Pour over rhubarb filling. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min, or till golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
