1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, sliced
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 TBSP oil
1 C Italian bread crumbs
1 lb fettucine
1 lg can Hunt's spaghetti sauce
1 Bay leaf
Basil, Oregano, and Italian seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken, then roll in bread crumbs; slat and pepper to taste. Place in foil-lined pan with oil spread in bottom. Bake at 350 for 30 min, turning once to brown. While cooking, put sauce in pan and add spices. Cook over med heat. Cook fetuccine just as chicken is almost ready. Layer noodles, chicken and slice of cheese on a plate, cover with sauce and serve.
