1 C whole kernel wheat
1 C milk*
1/2 C milk*
1 egg
1/4 C oil
1 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP baking powder
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blend wheat and 1 C milk in blender for 3 min. Add 1/2 C milk and blend for 2 more min. Add egg, oil, sugar, baking powder and salt and blend well. Pour on hot greased griddle.

A fast way to make whole wheat pancakes without grinding the flour first. Really runny; cooks thin cakes. Healthy!
