2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups cocktail peanuts, finely chopped
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in bowl. Beat in butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir in peanuts.

Drop heaping tablespoonfuls about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets; flatten slight.

Bake 12 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
