1/2 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons butter

Stuffing:
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
3 cups stuffing
3/4 cup pecans halves
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 1/4 cups chicken broth
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marmalade, vinegar and butter in saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat; boil one minute. Cool slightly.

Heat oven to 375. Cook onion in butter in skillet. Combine onion with stuffing, pecans, cranberries and chicken broth.

Place in lightly greasesd 3 quart casserole dish. Place chicken over stuffing. Brush with glaze. Cover. Bake 20 minutes. Remove cover; brush chicken generously with glaze. Bake 15-20 minutes longer., basting once or twice.
