2 cups flour - reserve 1/4 cup (to sprinkle over blueberries)
1 cup blueberries
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease muffin pan. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar. Add egg, milk and butter, stirring only enough to dampen the flour - the batter should not be smooth. Stir in the 1 cup blueberries.

Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
