2 20oz. cans chunk or tidbit pineapple
1 cup sugar
2 cups grated cheese
6 tbsp. AP flour
6 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 cup melted butter
24 Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple and save juice. Place pineapple into a 9x13" baking dish.

Mix sugar and flour. Put on top of pineapple. Pour juice over this. Sprinkle cheese over all.

Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs together. Pour on top of pineapple mixture.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
