Ingredients:  
1 head of lettuce, broken into bits
1 cup chopped cucumbers (may substitute celery or bell peppers)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 pkg. frozen green peas, cooked 1 minute
2 cups mayonaise
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
parmesean cheese for top

Directions:

In a large bowl, layer the above in order given.

Do not toss!

Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
