1 refrigerated Pizza Dough; 2 tsp. Olive Oil; 2 Garlic cloves, minced; 1 (14.5oz.) can diced Yellow Tomatoes, undrained; 3/4 c. Gruyere cheese, finely shredded; 1/4 c. Basil, sliced thin; 1/4 c. fresh Parmesan cheese, grated.

Roll out prepared dough and place on greased jelly roll pan or round pizza pan. Cover and let rise about 20 minutes in a warm place.
Preheat overn to 425.
Heat oil in skillet and add minced garlic, saute 30 seconds. Add tomatoes, cook 5 minutes or until liquid almost evaporates.
Lightly coat dough with cooking spray. Spread tomato mixture over dough, leaving 1" border, and top with Gruyere, basil, and parmesan. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
