2 tbsp. Dry Yeast; 1 c. warm water (110 degrees); 1 tsp. Sugar. 2 c. warm Milk; 2/3 c. Oil; 3/4 c. Sugar; 4 tsp. Salt; 10 1/2c. Flour (4c. first); 2 eggs.

Combine yeast, water, and 1 tsp. sugar in bowl, set saide to dissolve.
In a mixing bowl, oil, sugar, and salt and mix well. Add warmed milk. Add eggs, yeast, and 4c. of flour. Mix well. Add flour until right consistency. Knead for a few minutes. Plop into greased bowl, grease top of dough. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate for up to 4 days. Cut dough in quarters, roll out each quarter into a circle, butter, and cut into 16 triangular pieces. Roll up, let rise 2 hours or until double. Brush with melted butter before baking. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
