Ingredients:
1/2 tbsp. Garlic Powder; 2 tbsp. Oregano, dried; 2 tsp. Salt; 1/4 c. Olive Oil; 2 1/2 c. Warm Water; 7 c. Bread Flour; 2 tbsp. Dry Yeast; Turkey, thinly sliced; Sun Dried Tomatoes, Parmesan cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Spray jelly roll pan with Pam then line with parchment paper, let overhang on both ends.
Put all of the ingredients in a bowl in the order listed, making sure to put flour and yeast in last. Mix on low, with a dough hook, until dough forms a ball and then mix on meduim speed for about 6 minutes. Take the dough out of the bowl and form it into a ball, smooth on top. Then place it back in the bowl and cover it with a damp towel and let it "proof" until it almost doubles in volume.
Roll dough out twice as long as a jelly roll pan. Place turkey, sun dried tomatoes, and parmesan cheese on half of the dough. Fold the other half over the stuffing and pinch the edges together. Brush with olive oil and let proof a second time by about 50%. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
