1/2 c. orange juice; 1 c. dried cranberries; 1 (8oz.) cream cheese; 1/2 c. fat free plain yogurt or sour cream; 1/4 c. fresh basil leaves, chopped; 4 large tortillas; 4 very thinly slices of prosciutto.

In a small saucepan, bring orange juice to a boil. Stir in cranberries; remove from heat. Let stand, covered, for about 15 minutes, or until fruit is softened. Drain. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, yogurt/sour cream, and basil.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over one side of each tortillas. Sprinkle with the softened fruit. Place some prosciutto near an edge of each round.Tightly roll up, beginning at the edge with meat. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-24 hours. Slice roll into 1" slices.
