1 1/2 c. flour; 3 tbsp. sugar; 2 tsp. baking powder; 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt; 1/2 c. sour cream; 3/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. milk; 2 eggs; 1 tsp. vanilla; 2 bananas, thinly sliced, plus extra for serving.

Mix all ingredients except bananas. Whisk until smooth. Melt 1 tbsp. butter in skillet and ladle batter, 1/4c. for each pancake, onto buttered skillet. Distribute bananas on each pancake and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbly. Flip the pancake and cook until browned. Wipe skillet pan with paper towel, add more butter and continue cooking pancakes until all batter is used. Serve with sliced bananas and Yumm Sauce.
