4 cups sifted AP flour
2 tsp. salt

1 1/2 cups shortening
2 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine AP flour and salt in bowl. Cut in shortening.

Beat 2 eggs, add 6 tbsp. cold water and then add to flour mixture. Mix lightly.

Roll out onto floured board.
