4 large unpeeled baking potatoes
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 to 2 tbl. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes lengthwise into four wedges. Place skin side down in a 13x9x2 baking dish or pan. Combine remaining ingredients; brush over potatoes. Bake at 375 for 1 hour, brushing with oil/cheese mixture every 15 minutes. Turn potatoes over the last 15 minutes of baking.
