1 Box Long Grain & Wild Rice Mix, with seasonings; 1 lemon, squeezed; 3 chicken breasts, cooked & diced; 4 green onion, chopped; 1 red bell pepper, diced; 3 oz. snow peapods, trimmed & cut in half; 2 medium avocados, cubed; 1 c. candied pecans.

Dressing:
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Make dressing in blender and refrigerate.
Mix all ingredients except avocados & pecans. Add dressing and refrigerate 2-4 hrs.
Add avocado & pecans before serving.
