6-8 baking potatoes
8 ounce cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
2 heaping T. minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cube potatoes. Boil until fork tender, about 15 minutes and drain. Put remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, pour cooked potatoes over and blend with electric mixer until creamy. Put potatoes in greased casserole dish, top with pats of butter and bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
