Pine nuts
Craisins
Red Onion, thinly sliced
Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese

Pesto Dressing:
1 Lemon, squeezed
1/4 c. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Pesto

Make Salad as desired. Make Dressing, shake and serve.
**For variety:
spring salad mix
grape tomatoes
julienne sundried tomatoes
craisins
gorgonzola cheese
red onion, thinly sliced
candied nuts
Pesto Dressing (add Balsamic vinegar to taste)
