1/2 c butter or oleo
1 c boiling water
1/4 tsp salt
1 c flour
4 eggs
Filling of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and water. Add flour and salt. Stir until mix forms ball. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Add eggs - one at a time - stirring well. Beat until smooth. Drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet.
Bake at 450 for 15 minutes, until bubbles are gone. Fill with pudding or whipped cream or whatever you like.
