6 medium potatoes with skins left on
water
dash of salt
3 T. oil
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 T. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes for 5 minutes in salt water.
Cut each potato into wedges Drain and pat dry. Spread potatoes on a greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with oil and spice and herbs that have been mixed together.. Bake at 425' oven for 15 minurwa.Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake again at 425' to 450 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
